What you'll find in-store:

A serious butcher counter
From premium producers like Rangers Valley, Stone Axe and O’Connor, we carry everything from impressive centrepieces to everyday favourites.

Explore our selection of dry aged beef, rare breed Kurobuta pork, free range lamb and a full poultry counter. You’ll also find plenty of lesser known secondary cuts that deliver big flavour.

The Rotisserie
Slow roasted meats, ready to go. From chicken to porchetta, our daily rotisserie turns out hot, juicy premium meats cooked low and slow. Perfect for dinner, lunch or anything in between.

The Deli
Whether you’re after a quick bite or something to take home, the deli has you sorted. Grab a seat and enjoy a line up of favourites like our mortadella sandwich, Vic’s Deli Roll, cevapi roll and breakfast burgers, along with rotating hot specials. Spritz and beer on tap are also pouring if you’re in the mood to take five between shops.

The charcuterie counter
A curated selection of smallgoods made using premium Australian meat. Think silky Wagyu bresaola, Kurobuta truffle salami and terrines. Come in and build your very own curated platter.

The dry age room
This is the largest retail dry ageing cabinet in the world and the heart of our Chadstone store. We use it to dry age exceptional Australian beef, developing deep flavour and tenderness over time. Ask our butchers what’s ready now.
